The Fas Mart’s/Shore Stop’s Perfect Harvest Free Coffee for a Year Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) sponsored by GPM Investments, LLC, dba, Fas Mart/Shore Stop, 8565 Magellan Parkway, Suite 400, Richmond, VA 23227.. (“Sponsor”) begins November 1, 2011 12:00 am (Eastern Time) and ends on December 29, 2011 11:30 pm (“Sweepstakes Period”).

To enter by SMS Text: Use your cell phone or wireless device to send Coffee as an SMS text message to the SMS short code 66937. Upon Sponsor’s receipt of the SMS text entry, Sponsor will send a confirmation SMS text message to the cell phone number used to submit the entry. Receipt of a confirmation SMS text message does not mean that entrant has been determined to meet the eligibility requirements of this Sweepstakes. Entrant may be charged for SMS text messages that are sent from or received by entrant’s cell phone or wireless device according to the terms of entrant’s rate plan. Text messaging service may not be available in all areas. All SMS text entrants must have a text messaging two-way capable phone or wireless device and digital and SMS service in order to enter the Sweepstakes by SMS text entry.

Entry Errors/Tampering: Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) electronic, wireless or digital transmissions or any entries that are lost, late, stolen, incomplete, illegible, damaged, garbled, destroyed, postage-due or misdirected; (ii) any problems or technical malfunctions, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communication failures, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; (iii) failed or unavailable hardware, network, software, SMS text or telephone transmissions, damage to entrant’s or any person’s computer or wireless device or its contents, or causes beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that jeopardize the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes; (iv) any entries submitted in a manner that is not expressly allowed under these Official Rules; (v) incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by entrants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, (vi) any typographical or other error in the printing or advertising of the offer, administration or execution of the Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of prizes, prize winners, or finalists; or (vii) malfunctions or interference resulting from illicit, malicious or injurious code (including but not limited to viruses, worms and denial of service attacks). If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes cannot be executed as planned, including but not limited to any accident, printing, administrative, or other error of any kind, transmission failure, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the security, administration, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, or if the Sweepstakes is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and reserves the right, but shall not be obligated, to select the winner(s) from among all eligible non-suspect entries received in each category as of the date/time of such termination/cancellation or modification. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify and prosecute any individual who tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry process or who enters using any automatic or programmed entry duplication method.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO CORRUPT THE SWEEPSTAKES OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY, PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

2. Limit one (1) entry per person whether submitted online or SMS text entry. If more than one (1) entry is received per person, by any means including, but not limited to, establishing cell phone numbers, all such entries submitted will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to the identity or eligibility of any potential winner based on the cell phone number (SMS text entry), SMS text entries will be deemed made by the owner of such cell phone number at the time of the entry. The "owner" is the natural person who is named as the owner of the cell phone number by the wireless service provider.

3. Valid entries transmitted, completed and received during the Sweepstakes Period will be eligible for the random selection of one winner each week (on or about the Friday of each week) for a total of 9 weeks. (see Rule 4, below, for drawing details). By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and agree to waive all rights and remedies at law or in equity for any claim they may have relating to this Sweepstakes. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

4. Winners will be determined in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by a service provider contracted by Sponsor whose decisions will be final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning will be determined by the total number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by SMS text, for entries submitted by SMS text, or by online submission, for entries submitted online on or about Friday of each week. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements of these Official Rules.

5. Prize(s). 9 – Free Fas Mart/Shore Stop Perfect Harvest Coffee for a year prizes in the form of 12 booklets of 31 coupons for a free 16 oz Perfect Harvest Coffee or Cappuccino. Approximate retail value of $540.

Any difference between the stated approximate retail value and actual value of prize will not be awarded in any form. Dollar amounts are expressed in U.S. currency. Prizes are non-transferable, and no prize substitutions or cash redemptions are allowed except by Sponsor in its sole discretion, or as otherwise provided herein. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable or for any other reason. All income taxes on prizes are the winners’ sole responsibility.

6. Winners must provide positive identification specified by Sponsor to claim or participate in a prize. Winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release without additional compensation (where permitted by law) within ten (10) business days of notification or the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner, time permitting. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner, time permitting. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize or participation in prize constitutes winner’s agreement to hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and the officers, directors, employees and agents of each of them (individually and collectively for the purposes of this Paragraph 6, “Sweepstakes Parties”) from and against any injuries, losses or damages arising in any way from or in connection with their participation in this promotion, the acceptance, possession or use of the prize, Sweepstakes Parties’ reliance upon their compliance with these Official Rules, or their participation in prize-related activities, and further constitutes winners’ agreement that the Sweepstakes Parties may use their names, voices, likenesses and biographical data for advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media worldwide without limitation or additional compensation.

7. This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry, except employees, directors, officers and agents of Sponsor, its parent, affiliate, and subsidiary companies, its advertising and promotion agencies, and members of the immediate families or households of any of the above. This Sweepstakes shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law, and submission of an entry constitutes acceptance of the laws of the United States. By entering, U.S. entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the appropriate federal, state and local courts located in the city and states in which the Sweepstakes is held for any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded. This Sweepstakes is void outside the United States and where prohibited by law.

8. Personal Information: By entering the Sweepstakes or accepting a prize, entrants consent to the collection, use, storage and distribution of their personal information, including, without limitation, their name, address, telephone number and age by Sponsor in reference to all matters related to this Sweepstakes or in any publicity carried out by Sponsor without additional notice or compensation and agree to abide by the Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final. Such information is stored for only so long as required to complete the purpose for which it was collected. An entrant’s personal information shall not be provided to any third party by Sponsor without the entrant’s consent, except for the purposes of executing and administering this Sweepstakes and the prizes. If an entrant would like that personal information removed from Sponsor’s database at the conclusion of the Sweepstakes, send this request in writing to Sponsor at address below.

9. For a list of or the name of the major prize winners, send a self-addressed stamped business-size envelope after December 31st to Sponsor at address first listed above. All prizes will be awarded according to these Official Rules and distributed no later than January 31, 2012 provided they are claimed in accordance with these Official Rules.
